In support of Zendaya, other celebrities lent their voices to condemn the comment made by the fashion police host Giuiliana Rancic. Melissa Rivers, the daughter of the late host of the show Joan River posted a picture of Zendaya sitting on her mother's lap from a previous appearance she made on the show.

Other celebs include Co host Nicolle, Kelly Osbourne even threatened to quit the show, Kelly Osbourne's mum Sharon, Kerry Washington, Viola Davis among others.
