Young achievers

For a long time, young people have been making impacts in every area of specialization across the globe.
Last year, eight years old Nigerian boy Tudor Mendel-Idowu finished second place in the UK's Child Genuis of the year 2014 competition in a natural talent contest involving 20 children altogether. He was judged second best in the contest. He and his sister Hazelle Mendel-Idowu were the only Nigerians to take part in the contest. Now that's a credit to Nigeria!

A list of successful people can not be made without mentioning the name Bill Gates. What fascinates us more is that he discovered his passion at a very tender age of 13. He was born William Henry Gates on October 28, 1995 in Seattle, Washington. He and his partner built built the world's largest software business, Microsoft. He became one of the richest men in the world in 2014.

 
Genevieve Nnaji - Nigerian Actress



Born May 3, 1979, this screen goddess has built a brand for herself in the Nigerian Movie Induastry. Genevieve started acting as child in the then popular television soap series Ripples at age 8. She has featured in well over a hundred movies and won so many awards. She is considered one of the highest paid actresses in Nigeria today.
