Selena's boyfriend reveals that he me Selena when he wanted to pee!

In an interview with L.A.'s radio on Thursday, Feb. 26 Zedd,  reveals how they met.
"It was about as random as it gets," the DJ, 25, recalled. "I had the day off and I decided to go buy stuff for my house because I just moved. So I have an empty house, and I had to pee. I had my engineer with me, so I was like, ‘I hope they have a bathroom.’ He was like, ‘Just go to the studio over there,’ which was across the street from my studio. He’s like, ‘They have a bathroom, just go and use that.'
And that he did, which proved to be beneficial for both his professional and personal life.
"So I walk in, and John, the head of our label, who had just signed Selena, was there. He was like, ‘Have you ever met Selena?" Zedd said. "So he introduced me to her, and was like, ‘Hey, she’s cool, maybe we should make a song together.’ And then like a week later, we start working on a song. All because I had to pee."
Well, it's not confirmed yet but you know how things get in the entertainment industry.

They can't keep messing up our future leaders like this. Let's help fight any form of human trafficking!
A Nigerian girl identified as Gift from Edo state, (pictured above), has been found dead one month after she gave an interview to PM News, about how she was trafficked to Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso for prostitution.
According to PM News, Gift had told them in January 2015 during an investigative report on Human trafficking that she and some girls had been lured to Ougadougou in April 2014 with the hope of getting a better life in Europe but in the end were made sex slaves at the ‘Bar Dancing Petit Ouaga’, a brothel in Toudoubweogo village in Ouagadougou.

During the interview in January, Gift had expressed hope that once she has paid the traffickers their money, she would be free to leave. Sadly she has died. They didn't say how she died and when (From Linda Ikeji's blog).

Linda Ikeji reported and we are helping to spread it. She said that the Federal government yesterday raised an alarm over the continued radicalization and recruitment of Nigerian youths, especially children of the rich studying abroad, into international terrorist group, ISIS. Speaking at a joint media briefing at the National Information Center in Abuja, the DG of the Center, Mike Omeri said intelligence report indicates that children of the rich and affluent studying abroad are being recruited into ISIS via social media and other other sources.

"At this point, we wish to alert the nation that intelligence report indicates the continued radicalization of our youths through the social media and a variety of other sources. The reports also indicate these youths who are mostly children of the rich and affluent are being recruited into ISIS. We therefore call on parents and guidance especially those whose wards are schooling abroad to closely monitor the activities of these students who may be substitutable to the antics of the promoters of this strange catastrophic ideology" he said.

We are still battling with Boko Haram. We don't want to add to it. Parent, Guardians and all those who are concerned please take note!

A very prankstar goes to a store for groceries. He finds cat food at a very special low price. He buys a dozen cans of cat food. The manager sees this and thinks that the man probably doesn’t own a cat and he might use the cat food for one of his pranks. He goes to the boy and ask him to bring the cat as proof for him to buy the cat food. The boy goes and bring his cat and the manager lets him buy the dozen cans. A few days later The same boy finds dog food at low price. He buys a dozen cans of dog food.  Again The manager wants proof that he owns a dog. The boy goes to get his dog and the manager lets him buy.

A few days later,The boy goes to the store again,carrying a bag. He asks the manager to put his hand and feel what is inside. The manager puts his hand in the bag and screams “What is this, is this shit?”
The boy nodded and replied. Yes, I want to buy toilet paper. I don’t want you to send me back for proof again”.ew days later Akpos finds dog food at a low lower price. He buys adozen cans of dog food.

Again the manager wants proof that he owns the dog. Akpos goes to get his dog and the manager lets him buy.

A few days later Akpos goes to the store carrying a bag. He ask the manager to put his hand in the bag and feel what is inside.

After feeling what’s in the bag the manager says, “What the fuck? What is this? Is this sh*t !!!?”

Akpos nodded And replied, “Yes I wanted to buy toilet paper and I don’t want you to send me back for proof again. .

Man arrested for selling baby for 300k!

The police in Abia state have arrested George Maduabuchi pictured above for allegedly selling his 14 month old son for N300,000 to a herbalist. The man in question George, a native of Owerrinta in the Isiala-Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State had connived with his accomplice, one Obinna Erondu who is now at large, to sell his own child.
Narrating how her son was allegedly sold by her husband, Ebere, the pregnant wife of George said after her child had developed cough, her husband had asked to take him out to get some medicine only for him not to return with the boy. When she asked the man where their son was, he couldn't give her a good explanation. She said she quickly raised an alarm which attracted their neighbors who called the police"When I demanded explanations on the whereabouts of our son, he could not offer any convincing answer.” she said.

Confirming her statement, the State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Joshak Habila said; "Luck ran out on Maduabuchi when the wife alerted the police on his questionable role when the baby fell ill and he took him out and did not return with him.”.

When interrogated, the suspect denied selling his son but says he took him to a herbalist who offered to cure him and also gave him some money
"The herbalist gave me money and told me that he could not heal the baby. I therefore left the baby in the herbalist’s home.”he said

I know this is stale news, but I cannot help but admire this statement. I don't think any Nigerian President, past or present running for a second term has ever admitted this. If everyone can display such character, don't you think Nigeria will be a much peaceful place to live in.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not for any party, but I admire the gesture. Anyways let's see how it goes, as we say here in Niger, "No be for mouth o"!. . .lolz

Starbucks creates an Ariana Grande drink!

A reporter stepped into her local coffee chain and decided to order an Ariana Grande drink. Se  what she said below:
“The result,  was a “disco techno circus party” in her mouth. I’m not going to lie, ordering an Ariana Grande with conviction is really awkward. First my barista, Harpreet, looked at me like I was on heavy drugs. Then I tried to coax him into making the beverage for me. “You know, an Ariana Grande,” I said. “You make me whatever you want. What, you’ve never heard of it?” The employees at Starbucks finally gave in and used some creativity to make me a concoction.
I thought I would get a to-go cup with cat ears and thigh-high boots on, but that wasn’t the case. The resulting beverage looked pretty on the outside, but the taste was an overwhelming mix of chocolate, caramel, and god knows what else. I’m not sure if any coffee was even in there”

Giuliana Rancic Apologises to Zendaya on air over hair comment!

Giuliana Rancic apologized on-air on Tuesday to Zendaya for a comment she made on “Fashion Police”  about the dreadlocked hairstyle the 18-year-old wore to the Oscars.
What she said?  After noting the heaviness of Zendaya’s hairstyle, she continued: “I feel like she smells like patchouli oil or weed. Maybe weed. ”Obviously the comment did not sit right with the star and she posted a response hours later. See her response below:

Giuliana later apologised for the comment after people attacked her on twitter.
“Something I said last night crossed the line,” Rancic said, after noting that the show “pokes fun at celebrities in good spirit and the rest of the apology. . .”

Kerry Washington and daughter both have Igbo names.

Hollywood Actress Kerry Washington revealed 2 days ago that both her and her daughter have Igbo names. She is married to NFL Star, Nnamdi Asomugha, a Nigerian Igbo man. She revealed this in her  interview with InStyle magazine March 2015 issue.

     “Nnamdi’s parents are Nigerian immigrants. His father passed when he was young.           When you  marry into the Igbo culture, you get a new name. My name is Ogechi. I wear it on a necklace my mother-in-law gave me.”  She also revealed her daughter's name.
“My daughter’s name is Isabelle Amarachi. Isabelle is my grandmother’s name. She was a bad-ass. She’d be scowling if she knew I called her that, but she was an immigrant from Jamaica who raised seven children alone in the Bronx. Isabelle’s middle name, Amarachi is Igbo for ‘God’s grace,” she said.

Truth be told Igbo names are cute! lolz.....

Interview with Amarachi Uyanne

 

I did this interview with Nigeria's wonder kid Amarachi Uyanne sometime last year. I know it's kind of stale but it's quite interesting and I want to share it with you all. Enjoy!
She set a new record as the youngest millionaire in Nigeria, when she won the first season of the “Nigeria’s Got Talent” show in 2013. CKB Entertainment World held an exclusive interview with this young talented wonder kid,  Amarachi Uyanne.

CKB- Amarachi Uyanne, How are you doing?

Amarachi - I’m fine thank you.

CKB – This is CKB Entertainment World. We focus on young people who have made a positive impact in the society. We believe you are one of such, a young achiever, the kind that inspires other youngsters out there. We wouldlike to ask you some questions as regards your journey from where you started to where you are now.

Amarachi – Ok

CKB – We all know you as Amarachi Uyanne, winner of the first edition of the Nigerians Got Talent Show. Can you tell us some more things about yourself,we don’t know, like your school, favorite food, etc.?

Amarachi – My name is Amarachi Uyanne, I am nine years old, My school is UPSS, University Preparatory  Secondary School  Benin city, I am in JSS 1, my favorite food is fried rice and chicken.

CKB – Okay, So what has been happening to you since you handed over the title to the new winners of the Nigerian’s Got Talent Show ?

Amarachi – I have a talent academy. I have more than 49 students in the academy . I have six teachers in my talent academy.  I am also doing my own comic book. I did a video Amarachi dance,  I have released another music, it is called “Get down”.

CKB – That’s a whole lot you’ve got going on there.

Amarachi – Yes

CKB- So how do you balance all these with school?

Amarachi – I still go to school. My parents don’t let it affect my studies. Any thing I need to do, I do it during the holidays.

CKB – You said you have a talent academy. What is the name of this academy

Amarachi –Amarachi Talent Academy

CKB – Who came up with the idea to set up this academy?

Amarachi – My parents and I.

CKB – So what basically do you do in this talent academy

Amarachi – Dancing, singing, playing different instruments, violin, keyboard, guitar.

CKB - How does one register at your talent academy or is it free?

Amarachi – One thousand Naira for the registration form.

CKB – The comic book you are working on, what is it all about?

Amarachi – It is  about my life, from when I won. It is on my website.

CKB – What is your web site?

CKB – Now with you, winning on the show and setting up this academy and dropping your first single amongst other things. I believe you are even more popular now. Tell me, do people treat you any  differently, you know,  like your parents, your friends, your brothers  and sisters.

Amarachi – My parents no, my brother and sister no but in my school,  yes. They treat me differently.

CKB – Your music video Amarachi Dance, I have watched it and I must say it’s very nice. Who wrote the song?

Amarachi – I did.

CKB –You also said you have released music “ Get down”. Hope there’s a lot of dancing in it because I personally love your dancing.

Amarachi – Yes. It even has more dancing than Amarachi dance.

CKB – For someone of your age, you dance pretty well. Who taught you to dance like that?

Amarachi – No one.

CKB – Really? So you just learnt to dance on your own?

Amarachi – Yes. I just like dancing.

CKB – Okay, let’s go back to when you won on the show. Did you ever believe that you would win then?

Amarachi – Yes

CKB – Why did you believe that?

Amarachi – Because I have the life of God in me.

CKB – What was your greatest challenge on the show then.

Amarachi – My greatest challenge was the fact that I was one of the youngest.

CKB – But I can tell that you didn’t let that stop you because you ended up winning.

Amarachi - Yes

CKB – If you are given another opportunity, would you enter for more shows like that?

Amarachi – (Thinks), bigger shows.

CKB – Tell us what you would like to be when you grow up

Amarachi – A doctor, (silence) a dancing doctor (laugh)

CKB – Wow! I have never heard of that before, but I guess there’s always a first.

Amarachi – I’m going to be the first dancing doctor in the world!

CKB – There are a lot of talented youngsters out there and most of them haven’t gotten the opportunity you got. What advice would you like to give to them?

Amarachi – They should put their trust in God.

CKB – Is that all?

Amarachi – Yes, because it worked for me.

 CKB – Amarachi thank you so much it’s a pleasure talking with you.

Amarachi – You are welcome.

Joke of the day!

My Girlfriend told me after valentine that it's over between us, I thought about it and I found out that life without her is
meaningless. So, I decided to kill myself. I jumped from my reading table to my mouka foam, I didn't die. I went to an express road and looked carefully before crossing the road, nothing happened to me. I drank 4 bottles of lacasera with too much suya but nothing happened. I took a lot of mangoes without swallowing the seeds, yet I didn't see hell! I proceeded to another level. I prepared gizzard and kidney sauce with strawberry juice and lots of fresh tomatoes, yet nothing happened. I ate cake, chocolate mixed with ice cream, still I didn't die. I'm so worried now cause I Just finished eating
fried rice with chilled maltina and fresh fruit salad but nothing still happened to me. I'm really upset right now.
My friends, what do I do?
Should I try plantain and chicken with fresh milk. Will it work? Advice me please!
